    – Through the Pingo app: open the Pingo app -> Tap on “Find nearby charging stations”, and you will see the locations of the nearest charging stations on the Pingo map.
    – Through Pingo stickers/decals at Pingo partner stores.
  • 4. How is the rental fee for Pingo power banks calculated?
    Currently, the only way to include more details in invoices is by adding the information to the name of the workspace.
  • 5. How can I get my deposit refunded?
    Depending on the payment method for the deposit, you can request a refund as follows:
    a) Deposit paid via E-wallet (ZaloPay) – Refund to E-wallet (ZaloPay):
    Step 1: Go to the “Profile” section on the Pingo app
    Step 2: Click on the “Withdraw deposit” button
    Step 3: The deposit will be refunded to the e-wallet you used to make the payment.b) Deposit paid via bank payment gateway – Refund to the linked bank card:

    Step 3: The refund to your linked bank account will depend on the policies of the bank. Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days from the time of the request.

  • 2. What is the electricity cost?
    The maximum cost is 40,000 VND per month (if the store is open 24 hours a day). However, Pingo does not require partners to operate 24 hours a day.
  • 3. If a customer takes a power bank from another store and returns it at our store, can they return it at a different store?
    Yes. Since the product is portable, customers can borrow and return it at any Pingo charging station.
  • 4. How is the maintenance and repair of the machines handled?
    If the machine itself encounters a technical issue, partners should immediately call the Customer Support Hotline at 1900633133 for quick assistance.
  • 5. What happens if the equipment is lost or cannot be kept?
    Loss is not an issue because:
    – Power banks: Users must scan the QR code and make a deposit before taking a power bank from the station. If a user does not return the power bank, the Pingo system will send a reminder notification, and the user will return the power bank to get their deposit back.
    – Charging stations: The stations are placed within the store premises, and theft is rare. Once connected to power, the system will recognize the station and keep it active. If not connected, the station will be disabled (unable to be used).
